For 40 years we have been offering beautiful furniture and real quality. Today our products are among the finest in the world.
Initially specialized in solid wood steam bending, over time we have completely diversified with the aim to play an important part in the world of design.
The first designer item was the “Johan” coat stand by Giovanni Offredi followed by “Arca”, a successful folding chair by Gigi Sabadin, awarded with the “Selezione d’Onore del Compasso d’Oro 1979”.
Since then Crassevig has enjoyed working with eminent designers such as: Raul Barbieri, Carlo Bartoli, Rodolfo Dordoni, Enrico Franzolini, Jan Ekselius, Gruppo Grafite, Ton Haas, Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, JorgePensi and many others. All characterized by simple elegance and innovation, allowing us to be recognized and preferred worldwide.
The high standard of Crassevig products is due to the combination of good design, industrial technology, artisan skill and care. They are products designed to provide enduring value.
Crassevig has been doing business with the USA for over 30 years, and although the brand is well known in the international design market, it has not been well known in the USA because products have been sold through distributors, including Knoll International and DWR, using their own brands and product names.
Crassevig products are now available directly from the factory through a nationwide network of independent sales representatives; guaranteeing the best service, product warranty, and pricing.
Custom Veneers and Products:
Custom veneers are available for all products, allowing the designer to integrate seating and tables with millwork.
Crassevig welcomes custom product development and production for minimum production runs that vary according to product.
Environmental Awareness:
All woods, including veneers and frames, are sourced from European forests which are all renewable resources.
On request, we can use woods and multilaminar veneers which are FSC approved: contact customer service for more information.
All glues have low formaldehyde content.
All plating treatments on steel frames are “infinitely recyclable”, and have no negative impact on the environment, Assoglavanica license nr. 2006/01.000.015
